Oral health is important for overall health and well-being. Poor oral health can lead to pain, difficulty eating and sleeping, speech problems, poor overall health and higher risk of tooth decay in later years. Regular oral hygiene is essential. Ensure you brush twice a day, for two minutes each time, floss daily, and visit your oral health professional regularly.

If you, or your child(ren) are 17 year of age and under, you may qualify for free dental care through the Healthy Smiles Ontario program that covers regular check-ups, preventive care and emergency treatment for children and youth from households that qualify financially.
