Boutique Night @ Brownridge (April 3rd)

Don’t forget that Thursday, April 3rd from 6-9 pm we will be hosting an incredible Boutique Night at Brownridge!

We have lots of amazing vendors lined up, and babysitting to keep the kids occupied while you shop!  The movie “Frozen” will be playing, and board games will be available too.  There will be jewelry, giftware, sweet treats, candles, fashion and so much more!  Just in time for Mother’s Day, Passover and Easter.

Please note:  some vendors accept only cash

Volunteers Needed for The Brownridge Book Fair

The Brownridge Book Fair is coming BACK in the Spring!!!

Volunteers are needed May 2nd – May 9th to help set up the book fair, assist students with book selection, etc.  All volunteers will be trained and your time (whatever your availability may be) will be greatly appreciated!!

Here are the days and times help is needed:

Friday May 2nd (Set up day) :
8:40am-4:15pm (any time during the day you can give is great – even if it’s not during the entire time indicated)

Monday May 5th:

Tues. May 6th:

Wed. May 7th:
2:40-4:15pm (any or all of this time is great, please indicate if/when you’re available)

Thurs. May 8th:
2:40-4:15pm (any or all of this time is great, please indicate if/when you’re available)

Fri. May 9th:
PACK UP EVERYTHING: 11:00-4:15 (any or all of this time is great, please indicate if/when you’re available)

We’d like to share with our parents that, barring any unforeseen accidents, the estimated arrival time of the bus to Brownridge PS is 10 minutes from now–approximately 3:20 p.m.

We’d like to share with our parents that we received word approximately an hour ago that our students and staff are on the bus travelling back to the school from Camp Muskoka. Likely, the students are sleeping on the bus and will want to sleep early at home this evening.

Outdoor Activities at Camp Muskoka

Yesterday the students learned to snowshoe – many fell at their first attempts but they persevered and helped each other.

The students had a good night and all is well!
